Who we are
Sondavo is operated by Raplin Ventures Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17276917), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. In these terms, we, us and Sondavo mean Raplin Ventures Ltd.
Contact: the support address published on this site.
The service
Sondavo provides search visibility tools: reports built from your own Google Search Console data once you connect it, crawls of your site, third-party estimates that are always labelled as estimates, and scans run through Google's PageSpeed service.
Sondavo also offers Site Fixes: our engineers repair specific, named problems on your website for a quoted price. Everything in these terms about paid work refers to that service.
We show real data or say plainly that we could not check. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue, and nothing in the service is a promise about how any search engine or AI assistant will treat your site.
Your account and your data
You are responsible for your account credentials. Connecting Google Search Console grants Sondavo read-only access, which you can revoke at any time from your Google account or from Sondavo.
Your data stays private by default. Nothing you check or import is published or shared unless you choose it.
Quotes and payment for Site Fixes
Every fix starts with an itemised quote. Nothing is charged unless you accept a quote, and payment is by an invoice you approve. We never store your card details; payment is processed by Stripe on their systems.
Quotes are valid for 14 days and are superseded by any newer quote for the same site. Work starts after payment and after you have granted the access the order specifies.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not currently VAT registered; if that changes, VAT will be shown before you accept any quote.
No fix, no fee
When our work on an ordered fix is complete, an automatic re-scan checks the same audits that produced the finding. If an audit we were paid to fix still fails that re-scan and we cannot put it right, we refund the amount attributable to that fix. The re-scan result is the deciding evidence, and you can reproduce it yourself using Google's public PageSpeed tool.
Access to your site
Fixes require access to your website at the level stated on the order, granted by you. Send credentials only through the method the order specifies, never through normal chat or email. You should revoke our access once an order completes, and we will remind you.
We take a backup before changing anything and test changes where your platform allows. You remain responsible for maintaining your own independent backups of your site.
What we are liable for
If our work causes a fault on your site, tell us and we will put it right at no charge; that is our first obligation and our first remedy.
Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Our total liability arising from use of the free service is limited to one hundred pounds. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We are not liable for indirect losses, including lost profits, lost rankings, or lost data beyond the work we performed, or for faults caused by changes made by you or by third parties after our work completed.
Fair use and termination
We may suspend or close accounts used unlawfully, abusively, or in ways that degrade the service for others. You may close your account at any time; imported data is deleted on request.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on this site with reasonable notice, and continued use after that notice is acceptance.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
