Raplin Ventures Ltd (company number 17276917, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ) is the data controller for personal data processed by Sondavo. Contact: the support address published on this site.
What we collect and why
Account data: your email address and name, to operate your account and to contact you about it. Lawful basis: contract.
Search Console data: when you connect Google, we import search performance rows for the properties you choose. This is data about your website, held to provide the reports you asked for. Access is read-only and revocable at any time. Lawful basis: contract.
Site scans and crawls: technical facts about pages of websites you register, gathered by our crawler and by Google's PageSpeed service. Lawful basis: contract.
Email addresses given on the public site: if you ask for a report by email, we store your address, the site you checked, when you consented and from where, and we send the short follow-up sequence described at the point you signed up. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe, which takes effect immediately. Lawful basis: consent, withdrawable at any time.
Payment data for Site Fixes: we store invoice identifiers and amounts. Card details never touch our systems; payment is processed by Stripe.
Operational logs: access and error logs kept for security and debugging, retained briefly.
Who processes data for us
Google (Search Console API and PageSpeed API): report data and page scans.
DataForSEO: third-party search estimates. Queries sent are about websites and search terms, not about you.
Stripe (when payment is active): invoicing and payment processing.
Our email delivery provider (when email sending is active): sending the messages described above.
Cloudflare: network security and content delivery in front of this site.
Our servers are located in the United Kingdom.
Retention
Account and report data: kept while your account exists, deleted on account closure or on request.
Marketing email addresses: kept until you unsubscribe; unsubscribed addresses are retained only to honour the unsubscription.
Order records and invoices: kept six years, as UK accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to the support address and we will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Sondavo uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
